Since a few weeks now, I've been shutting down the internet in my home at 9PM. I had hoped this would make it easier to talk to my wife who seems addicted to doomscrolling. But now she just goes to bed at 9 pm and is out like a light in minutes. Mind blown. Makes me wonder about the enormous sleep deficits people have built up over time through doom scrolling.As for me, I haven't been able to sleep very well at all.
