What's the best cheap 1080p 60-144hz monitor you can get?

I have a GTX 1060 6GB btw. Is there anything good for that specifically?

Define cheap? If youre absolutely poor Lenovo makes some decent office displays that are 1080p and a comfy 100hz, LENOVO L24-4E starts at 80 bucks here in the EU but if you're from the US you're likely to find it for cheaper. If you want to spend a bit more just get the highest refresh rate you can find within your budget, I've got a 280hz panel from dell and I love it

Cheap for me would be at most around $100
