I'd say there's no way. We can't trust the data brokers to act honestly, so even if you get a legal mandate they'll just save a copy in Russia or something. The only available way to the little guy is to drop tech for long enough so the data about you gets outdated, and even then you'll need to get absolutely off grid because energy and water and cable TV providers also keep data about you.
