he had a schizo moment where he thought the computer was sentient and wanted more focus on "safety" and was disgruntled that this wasn't happening
then there was drama where altman was caught telling lies, so he got the board to try to purge altman
he failed to tell anyone why altman was being purged for some autistic reason, which led to everyone siding with altman and sutskever being sidelined
