lol nice browserslop

also gg changing tab border-radius to keep up with chrome lmao. are you round and minimalist enough yet?
>>
>>108452109
Do you mean the scotch bonnet thing? I always disable it in about:config so that I can search by typing the first few letters then pressing the down arrow (goo for google, yan for yandex, you for youtube etc.). Sure you can probably do the same thing with keywords, but I'm too lazy.
>>
>>108452211
what the fuck is a scotch bonnet
firetrannies need to make up completely new terms for their shit?
>>
>>108452233
>Scotch bonnet is a variety of chili pepper named for its supposed resemblance to a Scottish tam o' shanter bonnet.

Yeah, I don't get it either, but the about:config line is:
browser.urlbar.scotchBonnet.enableOverride
>>

too obvious

Firefox has went down the shitter, they are pumping it full of slop and shit.

how's chrome doing on relational selector? still shite?

>no "split with tab to the right" shortcut
Did they test this shit? It’s so obnoxious to use if you have more than a dozen tabs
I’m also not sure why the tab is double width when in split view, the | already indicates it
>bruh just close your 420 tabs
no fuck you

decent feature desu

I didn't like it at first but quickly got used to it. I was more annoyed that the home button was missing from the bottom bar, because I used that to quickly access my bookmarks. But I quickly realised I could do the same thing with the + button.

how to get rid of that teal colored bar around the active side?

I hate pull to refresh, so I keep it disabled. Refresh used to be double tap on the menu button. Now it's press on the menu button, which is in the corner, then hunt the refresh button somewhere on the middle of the screen. Complete rubbish. Even fucking Chrome is better now.

I refuse to use Firefox on mobile until they allow speed dial shortcuts to be rearranged. I legit thought that they didn't do it because nobody was working on Firefox for android, but seeing complaints about retarded changes makes me think that they simply don't add a feature that has been requested hundreds of times out of sheer spite for some reason.

Every web browser and OS has active CVE's.
CVE's are only bad if your software is abandoned like uTorrent 2.2.1 for an example.
This is irrelevant.
>>
>>108466797
I guess they're retiring these NSA exploits and moving to the next batch for their new version.
Chrmoium hasn't seen a CVE since 2023, and it's odd that FF had all of these on one day, as they are updating versions.

>>
>>108461637
It can be done on web-extensions, just not as good as in xul/xpcom era cause you can't have any visual hints on the affected tabs, just on the web contents.

I really miss old firefox, ended using vivaldi cause I can easily inject css and js into the browser itself and do whatever I want, still I would switch to anything with as much flexibility as firefox had before v57.

Funny thing all this shit cause "muh security" improved security marginally while its limitations forced extensions developers to injecting stuff on the web contents just to get basic functionality, making the users easier to fingerprint and in some cases allowing sites to tamper with extensions.
>>
>>108456029
if you go on reddit you can see the retarded dev who did it singlehandedly try to defend it while apparently 99% of the negative comments are being deleted
