Big VPN providers do know how to properly ignore those, but VPS providers may be completely unexperienced. I rented a cheap VPS (torchbyte) for 20$ per year and hosted wireguard VPN for myself, but it was so shite I gave up after 3 months and went back to 120$ / 2 years VPN I already used in past.
