I imported a workflow for WAN 2.2 and when installing the custom nodes it tells me to get lazyswitchKJ. It's meant to be in that guys nodepack which is installed but it's still not recognizing the lazyswitchkj node. Any idea on what I'm missing? It's literally in the manager I don't know what's wrong
>>108469354gn>>108469621hello>>108469719check the terminal logs on start up. might be failing to load all the nodes. sometimes you need to manually run the requirements dependencies (a major reason why people hate comfy)
well it's a start. takes a bit too long for my taste, and this series is probably not the best fit for wan-ning
>>108470191how long does it take?>>108470235it actually does kinda understand pixels
>>1084702661min per second, more or less. workin on lazy mode prompt, it doesn't behave properly w/ no prompt. still using the default template atm so probably some gainz for complicating the situation
>>108469719Most custom nodes have incompatibilities because their authors release them and then move on. This is why it's better to be as vanilla as you can.
It's odd. Ive been working on pixel and other things and wanting more ansi art and ascii and now I see lumi here making it with names like bbs. not complaining just me going oh finally thats showing up now. I still goof off with old bbs door games like lord and usurper and clans. tons still fun. either way I want ai ansi gen and ascii easier. good to see. i'll have to get info off you as I missed a bunch of threads and probably how its done or what site.
>>108470308Pixelate->ascii the layers and manually composite.
>>108470308the ones i've posted lately are all z-image-turbo. nano banana does a really good job too, they're actually way more "ascii" than zit. and i got my start on bbs's back in the day lolhere's the comfy workflows. glhfhttps://files.catbox.moe/3bt4c5.pnghttps://files.catbox.moe/hcbeo6.png
>>108470365Huh, I don't read this word salad.
>>108470385ask chatgpt, it'll sort you out. probably. main software is comfyui. don't need any gpu to do nano banana stuff (it costs money tho), best have somethin nvidia 30xx for z-image-turbo. i'll try to help but you're gonna have to take some initiative
>>108470280>1min per second, more or lessthat doesn't sound bad, but I spose its slow for experimenting>>108470308>and wanting more ansi art and ascii and now I see lumi here making itthe universe conspired to share a simultaneous inspiration
>>108470365Ah so local stuff. Sadly I cant do that. I will still save this for when I can (upgrades soon). Thanks for sharing. are there any sites that do ai in ascii/ansi/pixel older? I have in my own ways gotten good an making pixel do things. bbs are where I started. still telnet all the time. so many non msdos now to telnet into with old programs in emulators or updated ones. love me some c64 bbs. the early 80 ones are something else.
>>108470404Sorry I didn't mean to be rude. Was aiming to be whimsical and funny. I really enjoy your post spam segments.
>>108470420well, the way my workflows work involves some LLM processing.https://rentry.co/76b5pf5mThis contain the main LLM query and a style prompt which ought to work well enough in any cloud gen thing. idk how much u talk to llms but they good at figuring this things out so you can use my things for starting point and branch out>>108470425:)
>>108470420>I have in my own ways gotten good an making pixel do things.very much so
>>108470488what are you using?
>>108470516for these gens, you mean?
>>108470531What is the secret compound?
>>108470531i replied to wrong post lol. but sure, what's the current thing?>>108470420i meant to ask this one his current process
>>108470557I was kinda trying to reference the art design of marathon. so whats in the secret compound? lots of loot, I'd have to imagine>>108470560current thing is just the workflow I was using for my wuxia series, which the impressionism turned up a lot
>>108470589the style is pretty good. brushy enough to feel like it makes sense
>>108470589Hmm. I think you should branch and begin to test local llms. It gave me so much more than image gen.
>>108470753I've wanted to plug llm steps into my workflows for a while but I don't have the vram to keep both in memory, so gens slow down way too muchI experimented with API llm nodes but thats (of course) when the whole malware thing happened and it was exactly the node I was usingnow I'm emotionally scarred lmao
>>108470774tokens are practically free
>>108470870you mean api? or local?
>>108470875api. i put $10 bucks in openrouter every few months, each gen costs like $0.000419.
>>108470901i'm not so much worried about the cost cuz my last foray was basically free. its moreso the whole "put your api key into this unknown node" thing that I have trust issues with now
>>108470919
>>108470774What I do, despite not posting any gens in a while, I have a prompt for Gemma 3 as it has some sort of image caption training too and I generate prompts in advance. It sounds really nice but in the end it's just fluff unless I'm really bored. Manual plus random is much better. Local models are still so smol it doesn't make that much sense to generate a word salad. If it doesn't have much meaning llm pass won't make the prompt any better.
>>108471017yeah comfy, god save my soul, makes doing all that a lot easier, with a little work. ur coding agent knows how to make comfy nodes, btw
wahee, my video gens went from 5 seconds 20 steps to a whooping SEVEN (VII) seconds 60 steps
anyone look at midjourney in the last year or so? are they toast?
>>108471095I'll see, I'll get a cpu update (threads, baby) next week maybe I'll try something new.
