It's literally built in to Steam already: remote play. When you launch the game it runs on the remote device. Just downscale the stream so overhead is lower.

I hate dpad fags so much. It's literally a worthless control. Wasd is faster and allows multiple inputs so you can release for perfect input. Pro fighting game players players don't even use a dpad, they use a block with buttons for input. It's not analog like sticks. It's not comfy loke sticks. There is literally no reason to use a dpad.
