the world is shaped by what everyone else is doing, you can choose to not participate but it's not quite possible to avoid everything entirely

I don't have to use the slop that Microsoft produces. I don't use Google or Apple. I am not on any Social Media other than 4chan.
And as 4chan goes to shit, leaving it is a realistic option as well.

Just because others use AI to produce low-quality garbage that nobody wants to use, doesn't mean that i have to.
In fact, it increases my own market.
>you have to use it because all others are using it
I don't.
I stopped giving a fuck about normies during CoViD. Did you get the vax because everybody else did and the guy on the tv told you to?
If yes, then you are not valuable to me, i do no consider you a human.

The most surprising hing about the "its inevitable" AI shilling is that such people are on 4chan.
If you follow the herd, why are you here? How do you end up in this shill invested hellhole if you are a herd following sheep?

you’re more of a slave than these normies will ever be
>>
>>108484442
no I was thinking more about everyday things such as buying groceries or accessing online government services through your ID.
vibeslop and tracking are so entangled with companies and public services that it is often hard if even possible to avoid them.
you can choose to not use normie apps, but will you also avoid leaving the house because there are cameras outside? not everything is an app you can simply choose not to install.
>>
>>108484202
the point is that claude is already a good product they have already proven themselves to be useful in productive environment it won't go away no matter how bad they make it now.
>>
>>108484484
>actually YOU are just the same[, but worse]!
wow, how original.
Accusing others of what you are guilty.
Truly not an argument we see a million times per day, exclusively made by dishonest people and shills to justify their own mistakes.

Yet another prove that there is no difference between a bot and a normie. You are called an NPC for a reason. Whether i read an AI generated post or a normie makes no difference, both are worthless.

The vast majority of cattle producing images and video content at no cost whatsoever. Can it be assumed that they genuinely believed this arrangement would persist indefinitely? Pretty bleak if so.
>>
>>108484506
In the near future we will need a second phone in a drawer for banking apps, if you don't want to submit to Google.
That is sad, but it was on the horizon for five years now and has nothing to do with AI.
>street cams
Depends on where you are. If you are in the US, nothing much changes, because they already have cams on every corner and they already do listen and track and automatically alert.
They introduced automatic gunshot detection in 1997. Watch the George Floyd / Chauvin trial and be amazed at all the automatic cam footage they present.

This shit is bad. But it has nothing to do with AI.
>AI might do something that happens for 29 years now
You are already in that dystopia. AI doesn't make that one worse.

The main enemy of the human is the normie. As CoViD proved. The government called normies to go on a war against the unvaxxed, and normies did it. The normie is your actual physical danger.

Haven't had this happen with a local model. You DID buy AI hardware when it was cheap right anon?

>>108484529
No I bought a couple GB10s and in a week or so I'll run Minimax 2.7 on them.

>>108484627
RTX 6000 Pro and GB10 are the only things Nvidia actually has readily available stock to sell.

A pair of GB10 stacked with ROCE/RDMA gives respectable performance with ~245GB of RAM to play with, good enough for Minimax 2.7 either with 10% REAP and TurboQuant kv-cache or INT4 Autoround with plenty of RAM left over for concurrency.

RTX 6000 Pro gives you 96GB which is enough for Qwen3.5-122b Q5_K_XL at 85 tokens/second or Qwen-3-Coder-Next Q5_K_XL at ~145 token/second.

Expensive setup but local models are only getting better and frontier online models are only getting slower and more expensive. Just the work I did yesterday alone would've cost $300 in tokens with Sonnet if cline is to be believed.

>>108485434
Based. What setup?
