It should be if you think about it. Training is officially done on open source software only. Most of which probably is GPL-something loicensed. So you cannot really hide whatever software you created from that GPL-loicensed code. Sometimes you can pretend you have written it from scratch. But not with AI models that were trained almost exclusively on open srouce software.

It is strange how nobody talks about it. Maybe open source community is a bit more cunning than artists and planns to hit corpos with lawsuits after AI-bubble pops. So that CEOs would be forced to sell their yachts or something. GPL-fags are often commies after all.
