Will AI chats make many types of websites obsolete?
A chat GPT window provides
>clean standard format
>no ads
>no useless images
>no page loading
>less useless filler
>no arcane page structures

Most websites are just there to provide you with information

BP, also OP >>108498604 OpenAI is working on adding ads into chatGPT, you know very well that they aren't making any money form this and are in a massive deficit.
Don't you think all that downscaling you see with OpenAI is a good sign like stopping Sora and not going though with the 40% Ram deal?

Well..., it's not like google was likely the best tool for the job. I always use AI for discovery of things I know exist but I haven't found about because the AI can make sense of the semi-lingual slop coming out of my mind which I cannot put in proper words. That's autism for you.

Not for long.
>>no page loading
Loading times are pretty shit and you have to wait for it to generate responses.

it's shockingly good in the akinator-esque sense.
i can't tell you how many times i've just barely remembered something and i couldn't pluck it from my brain but gpt could summon it into being

I suspect even google search is entirely powered by AI answer behind the scene now

I beleve they use bert or something small to make sense of simple words like MS and understanding that's Microsoft for example, but nothing good.

only if you ask it about super popular stuff. When i try to ask it about vocaloid songs using vague hints about the lyrics or mv it fails and points me to most popular songs

It's useless for trying to remember 2010s jpop unfortunately

Only with local models. Duh.

You should realize that the need for ads and subscriptions will be HIGHER on most SaaS AI models due to higher hardware requirements.

Local models will be very helpful though.
