No GPU = No Game
250GB = no storage, of that will be forced to OS to keep OS from slugging, and if you install games on the same SSD, it will mean you might freezes when games are loading and OS wants to do something in background trying to access the same SSD.

Dual storage is necessary in this case. One for game and one for OS.

At least buy a 1080 or something similar.
Even a RX 580 (you can find them for like $50-$60) will be one hell of a boost.
