How did people get psyoped into the advanced humiliation ritual that is the hiring process?Surely AI will fix this right?
It ironically might. The problem with jobs and society is that they are full of fuckheads who only talent is by being a backstabbing corporate ladder climbing sociopaths who only can get their rocks off by hurting others. If they do this to you, you need to tell them to fuck off. Yeah they will fire you in a week but it will catch them off guard and scares the shit out of them, but they need to learn their lesson. They need HR and management jobs to stay survive because they have zero skills and will tank any project if the company had to rely on their skill. The good people with skills and honor can use AI as a extra helper and cut out the need to have middle management and HR middleman, because then you wouldn't have to hire dozens of third world code monkeys. Instead super autists and his AI gf can create their own competition software.
>>108508504its origins can be placed in the early to mid 19th century upon the debates between wages and chattel slaveries. Prior to the hiring process, slaves were sold at auction, the hiring process emerged as slaves now needed to sell themselves. Its aggregious as the bargining power of the employer grossely outmatches the employee, unfortunately digital media did little to help the collective bargining agreement due to mass deployment of containment control algoritms and d&c propaganda campgains.silver lining is these jobs pay have gotten low key competitive to alpine foraging, so they wont be able to abuse their position next to the printer for much longer
>>108508623if your software can be created by one guy and an LLM, you don't have a moat and competition should kill you fairly fast once you become profitable
>>108508504>fee to apply for a jobwill be waived for "minorities" due to "disproportionate impact." if you dont have or dont want to waste the $20, then you can just apply as a transwoman for free.
>>108511433>apply as a transwoman for free.or be like me and identify as male to male trans (its real, look it up)
>>108508504If you live in Yugoslavia like I do, then the best jobs are not even listed. The best listed jobs pay like 20$ per hour, and there is like 2 or 3 of those listed per month, others are 15$ and below. But at the same time there is a ton of jobs that pay 25$+, they just aren't listed and employ through connections. They have their developers and those developers recommend new developers that they personally know. The solution? knowing a lot of people
>>108508504I am not against this actually. The money should be returned with interest appropriate to the time held after the application is rejected/accepted/no action for over a month.
>>108508504You do all that just for them to not hire you and import some pajeet for <=50% of the pay.
>>108510947>have gotten>low key
>>108511460>The solution? nepotismthanks, really helpful, didnt know that yet
universities should be required to provide job placement or you get your tuition back
>>108511450me too, i'm transracial
>>108511668I think jobs should be advertised online, but you have to go to their office to apply for the job. It's much easier to pressure someone into hiring you when you're there in person.
Or maybe we shouldn't put further economic burden on the individual? How about, instead, the hiring company pays the candidate for participating in their interviews? That way they are forced to be more thorough with who they interview they'll get better employees and even the ones that aren't hired, despite being potentially qualified, are compensated. If they're worried about the costs then they can fire some HR employees who will now no longer be needed to waste applicants time.
