Bluetooth has ass latency on those, but sound is surprisingly decent as a speaker

buy a second home mini
buy a some kind of aidafruit class d speaker amp that has 2x speaker channels @ 4watt/4ohm
wire it to the drivers in the home mini bypassing the original pcb
now you have stereo home minis with wired audio in
