I'm looking for a good ereader that's less than $200.Less than $100 have lower ratings on average. Is Kindle now a good option because it support EPUB files?

>>108519308My opinion on the Kindle is that it's nice to have all your books in one place, and downloadable, instead of pirating books and having to fuck around with file types and jailbreaking and all that garbagebut it's possible on kindle, just takes work

Depends on what you want to read. A cheap b&w Kobo with 300ppi like the Clara BW should be entry level for reflowable epubs. If you want pdf, manga and other fixed layouts you're better off with a large display like Boox Go 10.3 Gen 2 (Lumi), Note Air 5C, Note Max or Tab XC.>>108519840Kindle doesn't support epub files. They support converting epub files via Amazon's servers and you could already do that on your local computer. You can get an older used Kindle that can still be jailbroken, install Koreader and leave it completely offline but it's extra steps and limitations.
