Distro without basedstemd and kind of bleeding edge (not as outdated as Debian for example)? Currently on Devuan. Tried Artix but couldn't install a package because when i tried it just looked like a broken Arch Linux.

artix is based

>>108526979Void is basically what you're after. Void packages are somewhat like the aur. Why not upgrade devuan to testing? I don't know is they have a sid equivalent but they do have a Debian 14 equivalent. Its not too hard to upgrade to a new version on Debian based distros, just change a file and apputuh update & upgrade. Did it on Linux Mint LDME before as well

>>108529830>we don't package hyperlandWhy not? Is it because it isn't woke enough? Why would you want less choice? What is even the point of void?
>>108529830That's unnacceptable behavior. Very antisocial and unprofessional. Fired before ever being installed on my computer.
>>108526979What prevents you from using Gentoo?
>>108532146I don't care about USE flags so it just ends up being a distro that takes 5x the effort for no benefit.
