It is over, Krita developers said no to AI slop.

>install Trinity
>their fork of Krita is just a Photoshop-lite
>it can even draw a circle
I can't fathom why KDE didn't take this route instead of turning it into a drawing app.
>muh AIslop
Vibecoders are in the middle of the bell-curve. Low IQ trannies feel threatened because AI can easily replace them. High IQ wizards are disgusted by AI because it's a surrogate for real problem solving.

Honestly my least favorite flavor of projection.

Ok brownoid.

lifetime coders are shitting and pissing that theyre no longer an exclusive club retards can comprehend monolithic code syntax intricacies bow with the help of llms
>>
>>108529419
Coders aren’t required anymore, tranny
>>
I'm going to vibe code an entire drawing app from scratch and it'll be better than jeeta or gimp or any other open source slop
>>
>>108529435
True, we are now in the new & exclusive LLM-assisted coders club. Distinct from the vibecoper still-cant-code club kek. Peace loser.

Vibecopers still arent required tranny.

No one wants to buy your shitty art or your code. I can use AI to copy your style for free and I can use agents to code better than you. Deal with it.

Based, on another note I'll use this for some help
I use Krita as an AppImage, I use 5.2.14 with no issues with Hyprland(wayland).
I tried upgrading to 5.3 and it just doesn't run at all.
>qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "wayland" in ""
>This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. >Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
How do I fix this? 6.1 pre-alpha runs with no issues, 5.2 too, all are appimages

Traitor.

Kirta already does SD generation though. This "craft coding" stuff sounds like farm to fork snobbery.
>>
>>108529290
I think they totally need some kind of AI to compete with Adob*/Clip studio
Same shit with gimp vs Adob*

Only the basic stuff, most people don't use the new AI shit
>>
>>108529290
And that's all also ignoring the fact that AI generted content is not copyrightable. How are you gonna release it under the GPL if you don't own the copyright to it?
>>
>>108530491
They'll try it anyway, then get caught lying during discovery, eat a default judgement, and collapse from the compensatory damages like a shit souffle.
>>
>>108529290
Why xhe gives a shit, nobody uses their hobby project for anything substantial anyway. If Krita disappeared, NOTHING would change.
