I use an array of different 3D creation apps in my workflow which take up a lot of both RAM and VRAM, and with 16GB VRAM I do have to be mindful to not go over or else I risk either a significant degradation in performance or outright crashes. With a 512GB Mac Studio where the memory is available to both the CPU and GPU at high bandwidth, I feel like I could just simultaneously open them all at the same time, use as many high res textures I want and bake all the physics simulations I want and not need to worry about running out. Limitless.
