>>108553093GBoard. Trying to learn ClearFlow.
>>108553093AnySoftKey
>>108553093I also use swift keyboard with all internet access permissions disabled. If GIFs can't load you did it right
>>108553093swiftkey is better than gboard
Yandex keyboard
Swype.
>>108553805How? Do you use some firewall app?
>>108553845Yes. I use adguard but any firewall app should do the job. I used to rely on AFWall+ with root and xposed years ago
>>108553093GBoard.
Clearflow for me
Siwftkey is kino, I can type garbage and it'll correct to what I wanted to say. Only thing I dislike is that it doesn't suggest or correct "offensive" words
Unexpected Keyboard

>>108554132What if I just cut off the internet of the app with an ADB command?
>>108553093Heliboard
do any keyboards allow fully custom layouts? I use canary on my PC but Ive never been able to implement it on my phone
>>108553093Futa, I mean futo keyboard
>>108554254>it doesn't suggest or correct "offensive" wordsMine does. I had to remove some from the list because they were coming up too often. I don't want someone to be looking over my shoulder and see nigger when I'm trying to type night.
>>108554213How good is it and does it take a long time to get used to? How long have you been on it? I read that is only good for glide typing and that manually tapping the keys is way slower than using qwerty
>>108553093lineage os keyboard just werks
>>108555283The Keys Cafe good lock module if you have Samsung.
>>108555468NTA, but why not? Show them your power level like a true chad.
>>108554291actually seems decent. Swipe typing is accurate, feels snappy.>The offline keyboard
>>108553093I'm just using the default one on iOS and works fine.GBoard is king on Android, I tried many FOSS alternatives but none came close to the former.FUTO and Florisboard were the best ones I had the chance to try. Maybe I would've sticked with them a little longer but their multi lang support wasn't that good.
Thumb Key
>>108555596Takes like a week, though guide and autosuggestions do a lot of work
>>108553093Grammarly
>>108556689>though guide and autosuggestions do a lot of workThen how is it better than qwerty?
>>108553093swiftkey but i used Redirector extension in my default browser such that all "Bing Search", "Ask Bing", and "Search the web" queries gets redirected from Bing/Copilot to Google.
>>108557177 its letter arrangement is optimized to create distinct gesture traces for each word while minimizing trace lengths. Empirical research demonstrates its effectiveness: ClearFlow improves input efficiency compared to Qwerty by (1) reducing backspace corrections by 37.5% and (2) shortening finger gliding distance by 41.6%.
>>108554291>>108555449>>108555665futo werks great and is entirely FOSS and offline.fuck bullshit like gboard or swiftkey. it's not just an ideological decision to use futo -- I actually prefer it in terms of functionality and customizability.
>>108557514But you said autosuggestions still do it most of the heavy-lifting.
>>108557587It's open source but not FOSS
>>108555665Swipe typing shits its pants once you have 3 languages in concurrent mode. Tbf swiftkey does the same
