You can have ChatGPT control your entire computer, just need to prompt program it to give out trained specific controls.It's ppossible to write an app on your phone that is voice controlled and can start multiple different programs, but you need to put alot of work on the multi-prompting and prompt training fixes and manually make the program start controls
