I think it's important to recognize that not everything in our life can be a permanent part of it and not everything needs to be. Some things just come through our life and contribute to our life experience whether it's positive or negative. Earlier I was looking at the forum for an old gaming community I loved back in 2007 going through some good memories and learning that members of the place had passed on or become successful in life. But I noticed the community appears to have completely died off. The forum is still up but it has changed ownership several times and the forum has something like one post per month now. It was hastened by a move to discord and it's just so sad to see everything silo'd behind logins and registrations and taken off the public internet. But I moved on from them a long time ago other than the occasional check-in and maybe it's time for you to move on from here as well. It's inevitable that time and technology will continue forward with or without your participation. Sometimes things just die off and we can't have it back or go back no matter how much we want. Hanging on to a decomposing corpse is not healthy for anyone.
