For this reason I recommend Santander despite their shitty implementation and constant fucking around with their website. At least they still offer one. In Germany however all large banks, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank etc. still offer pretty solid online banking for desktop. There is a general tendency for Big Money to fuse with Big Tech to tighten control over us. Banking apps usually refuse to install/run on rooted phones. I had to buy a cheap phone that I use exclusively for banking and it's a real nightmare to use. Luckily I rarely need to fuck with CGD and use Santander or my German banks for daily transactions.
