I remember finding out that my Chrome on Linux was telling everyone in the house what video I was watching 24/7.I found it so implausible that something like that could be a 'no click' default on Linux that I even ignored it for quite a long time. Modern software is really shit. Luckily I only ever watch and do 99% of things on Firefox now, so that'll never happen again..heh...right?

You could see all media being played in the house, and it gives you an option to cast it to the television. Maybe someone knows the details and can elaborate what the fuck it is exactly. But last time I brought this up for discussion asking there was a way to disable it at least someone said there wasn't(they could have been wrong, but I couldn't find any option in Chrome either so I assumed they were right and just switched to Firefox.
