Unpopular opinion: Windows 11 Pro is the BEST OS to use. Why?

It's the OS used by almost every corporation in this country.
You can extend this to Google Chrome (or edge) and Microsoft 365 for productivity tools.

>no trolling outside of /b/
I'm not. This is literally the setup I use. Stock Windows, stock Microsoft suite, Azure AD (when needed), and proprietary SaaS software such as NetDocuments.

It'll work until Windows 12 comes along and ends Windows 11 though!!!
>>
windows is my “home/comfy” OS, i wish i could use it for work but docker just doesn’t work. wsl2 is not good enough. for me, its windows at home, ubuntu at work
>>
>>108592153

Finally, a sane Winfag argument.

Shill thread.

why did windows emulate that Dock bullshit? It's literally the single worst taskbar design out there. It's stupid, you can't even see how many windows are open.
Why does Microsoft cuck themselves into Appleusers?

What wallpaper have you applied that gives such a beautiful transparency effect on the taskbar?

Even though I use linux on some machines, Windows always feels like home. The computer just *feels* right to me.

Let me know when w11 LTCS comes out

What a fucking garbage justification.
>>
>>108592153
Even though this is a paid content post, I unironically agree. Mainly comes down to what youre used to, and Ive been using windows since the early 90. Windows and its quirks just come naturally to me. I got a macbook mainly because of the battery in 2021, but my next laptop is probably gonna be an arm windows laptop. Fuck you macfags.
>>
>>108595859
can you blame him?
if it was the same with linux theyd be widely used too
>>
>>108592153
Normal W11? Fuck no!
W11 LTSC? Sure.
>>

It's the ultimate and final pill.
There are zero proper incentives to make Desktop Linux good.
The Linux kernel is used because it became an agreed upon standard by corporate and was useful for hyperscaler platform agnosticism.

last usecase they have a monopoly on

Correct. I'm also glad they are serious about correcting some of the mistakes they've made.

People like you say this and then turn over everything to an online AI service. Telemetry isn’t spying on you.

True unpopular opinion: Copliot chat is actually quite good and free. Microsoft screwed up the implementation and tried to shoe-horn it everywhere, but the service itself is good.
