My 10700k still works and gets me over 200fps in counter strike 2I’m not going to upgrade it
>>108598455OK
>>108598455There's nothing wrong with being poor, bro.
haswell chads?
>>108598516I have a haswell in my htpcit's insanely efficient I don't know what kind of black magic intel was on back then
that's like a recent cpu, i'm still on i7-3770 due to RAM and SSD prices
>>108598549You can pair that CPU with an ssd
I am still on a 6700k and upgrading hasn't even crossed my mind. It's paired with a 4090 as well and I can max out literally everything I throw at it. No issues at all in any way shape or form. CPUs have been stagnant for a long while now and you're wasting your money and time by bothering with upgrading them.
I went for the 10900k upgrade and 500w to 700w psu thinking it would fix anything it didnt

>>108598455unskimped cpu here
>>108599825That’s 10 more fps than you need. Should last another decade
I'm on core2duo
>>108598455>Skylake on steroids
Still using my 6800k but somehow it almost goes 100% single core usage with rx 480 in ets 2.What gpu should I upgrade to ? Im thinking 9060 xt 16 gb.
>>108602780use dxvk
this dumb zoomer really posted a recent cpu like it makes him a special snowflake
>>108602452nice
>>108598455my desktop which I sue only for gaming on the weekends has a 1660 and it's still going strong.every game I want to play just werks.GG NO RE
>>108598455good that's the only gen left that can actually play 4k blurays
>>10859981911700k would have been better
>>108599825With a 4090 they are not playing 1080p which means they will not be cpu bottlenecked
>>108598455I have this exact CPU, except it's the KF variant. comet lake was truly the last good CPU generation intel ever made.
>>108598455which counterstrike is counterstrike 2? I've only played 1.6 and source but they had condition zero and go as well.
>>108598455I7-6700K (OC 4.8ghz) here, still not upgrading
