so, I have an idea, something that seems relatively new, involves little tech (off-grid EV charging station, so at least no modifiable tech in the "traditional" or "normal" sense, unless I want to get my hands dirty with the charging or payment equipment), can be scaled and can be managed relatively easily. the biggest risk I can find is that the whole investment (or at least the starting one) has to be paid right at the start.
I'd need to find some well positioned for the charging station near my land, which is kind of far from a roadway, and to ask banks for loans.
