MS loves wasting moneyI got hired as contractor for their new ATL data center a year ago.First, we literally did absolutely nothing. We had 12 hour shifts, we got a free shuttle from the parking lot (it was a waste of time, I would rather have walked than wait for the fucking bus after driving 40 minutes)We literally and I mean literally did nothing. There was some training first 3 weeks and then nothingeach day I would hear that work is coming, new server are being delivered, work will come.for 5 months 120 of us set there, doing nothing. only fucked around on phones, some took advantage of discounted courses (still $4k for networking+) we were being fed for free, as many lunches as you want. I almost always filled up and took some home.We all had access too all the shit in OPs webm. I guess it was nice, but I learned nothing while there. it was an immense waste of time. $36 an hour wasnt worth the 12 hours of utter boredom. i gained like 20lb during that shit i still cant loose.after the 5 months they let 90% of us go without warning.easy come easy go.
