Yeah, a Benq w1070 I got for $600 15 years ago.
I want to upgrade but it looks like the technology hasn't made much progress and real 4K projectors are still expesnsive.

No, but I only used it heavily for the first 2-3 years or so.
After that I only booted maybe once a week to watch a movie.
Still holds up fine though I'm probably close to the recommended 5000 hours lifetime usage.

I recognize this bulge.
Looks like a PA653U, or there's a very similar slightly older model, they're pretty decent. Good find if you got a deal on it. I bet there are better movie projectors in the price range if you bought new.
