What is the best free video player on the market right now? MPV for some reason keeps stuttering no matter what resolution i put this fucker in. 1080p all the way to 480p this fucking thing stutters. Im running shows via a small windows 10 tablet via mini hdmi on my TV and it fucking sucks.

OP here, I forgot I made this thread and realize that im using a windows surface tablet i took from my job like 8 years ago that used to run Windows 8.1. (It runs Windows 10 not updated since 2022)But still MPV ran videos at one point smooth, but recently it just drops frames like im battlefield 3 on the PS3.
