The main thing that would need some adapting is for browser tabs between mobile and desktop mode, the main phone/messaging apps could be accessible through an android emulator in the worst case, though a more native implementation would of course be nicer. But the point is that all your tabs and messages are all accessible on one device in a mobile and desktop form-factor depending on whether you are on the move or on site.
