What makes the users of this distro so smug and self-satisfied?

they dont really exist

>so smug and self-satisfied?
All five of them? Don't be so judgmental anon, we may never know.

I use it and I'm meek and humble

They think they figured out something by cucking themselves a little
They're practically closeted macfags

What's wrong with Red Hat and co. It's like the only technology they can produce is something that makes Linux more like Mac. Ah yes, I want everything to be a containerized bloat app, my system to be locked down so I can't hurt myself, my system to be updated exactly as Red Hat intended, and Guhnome.

Watch out for SIP and endless popups about how you downloaded something from the internet, it might harm your system, but on linux
Flatpaks are good boys always secure always trust flatpak maintainers always.
>>
the best option is opensuse: mutable like normal Linux, but built-in rollbacks with snapper for when stuff inevitably breaks. the only annoying bit with openSUSE is that it's bloated and always wants to pull in every package because of recommended dependencies and patterns

Yeah, based on how people talk about Flatpaks you'd think they were already the standard, but you go to download Slack or some other proprietary software and it's "Community Maintained" with the latest update being 6 months ago with the sole message being "fixing some bugs". Or you try to download the ProtonVPN flatpak and it's woefully out of date and doesn't work right. The only real usecase I've found for flatpaks is being a KDE application cuck cage to prevent Kwallet from being installed. Also, maybe for installing 2 Steams in case you want 2 different locales for the same game and for them not to bleed into each other.

If they're going to Mac-ify Linux then they really need to up their game. Fix Gnome's app store as it's buggy and slow to the point of being useless. Convince more companies to distribute via flatpak. And maybe have Flatseal pre-installed. It'd be nice if Fedora was normalfag friendly, but it really isn't. Ubuntu (25.whatever) is painfully sluggish/bloated compared to Fedora for some reason. Arch derivatives will filter normalfags quickly once they need to update mirrors or refresh keys. It still seems like Linux Mint is the king for "Just Werkz" but it's still using Ubuntu 24.04 and X11.

I have an immutable os on my office pcs (custom image) so my retarded employees can't fuck things up.
