Science and engineering takes decades of investment, you need better nutrition for the kids, functional education systems, challenging colleges, and real investment into credible research. America has poisoned it's own food supply, completely defunded public education, turned their best colleges into daycare for the wealthy, and hasn't invested in anything that wasn't embezzlement for close to 30 years. The entire American economy is fraud at this point, and the whole thing is exclusively run by the retarded fail-sons of the ultra wealthy.
