I want a Snoopy P-Touch.
Though typing on that will be a pain without a full qwerty.

>works everywhere
>no subscription, no data, no accounts, no algorithm
>completely local, get to hear your community
>can even listen to schizo boomers on ham radio
>useful if you camp, have power outages, or doomsday prep
american radio uniquely sucks though

Love how East Asian countries' taste in Western Animation is simply Peanuts, Tom and Jerry and Wacky Races.

Usecase for labels that fall off or become unreadable after a few years?
Usecase for a machine that takes SIX batteries when pic related requires none?

What does it do that an SDR doesn't?

labelmakers are a neat thing that quickly gets thrown in your drawer to rot after you run out of shit in your house to label

I hate how the white plastic and paper thermal labels also yellow to any exposure to UV light, it really reminds you of the passage of time and it drives me crazy

>>108647617
if you're insistent on old dymo embossing label makers, get an older one, the new ones are all-plastic junk that falls apart and has a near-unreadable font wheel

nigga the label maker you posted produces labels that fall of and becomes unreadable after a few years

the posts you replied to use laminated labels - you can leave it underwater, out in the sun, in frozen temps and it will still stay readable for a decade

t. I used to use that label maker

I had a similar Tecsun model. Within weeks some buttons inexplicably stopped working. I also had a basic Sangean and same problem developed after a few years.
It's all chink quality desu. Gave up on that shit.

My P-Touch (actually have 4 of them that I thrifted,) is PC connectable, so I can use any typeface available and add images.

I have an AC adapter for it. Though my M-tape P-Touch lasts quite a long time on four AAA cells, even when it keeps telling me to change them.

I also have a few Dymo embossing labellers. They tend to not always advance evenly, sometimes overlapping letters. Which I guess is cool if you're into sovl bullshit.
The Dymo labels are also significantly thicker and the corners prone to catching on things.
