JABCreations has literally zero third party dependencies, custom cursor .cur files for every mouse state, and the CSS is split into 5 tiers. John has been working on this since 1998 in a high school class using Microsoft Frontpage. Version 2.9.0 was the first database-driven release after several long years of work.
