Depending on where you live you should be able to find a RTX 5060 or RTX 5060TI or maybe even RTX 5070. Never buy used, warranty is important. And never buy AMD, they just aren't competitive anymore due to lack of proper RT/FG/DLSS and especially DLAA support but also due to AMD drivers being terrible, cards having shorter support, not getting new features backported, and tons of features not working in games like Soft Shadows and Grass in KotOR or Weapon Debris in Fallout 4.
