I was an AI doomer but after the past few weeks I've realized how shit it actually is at code generating and project planning.I've used it on a few large projects and I've realized that I can still easily write things that outperform and are in better syntax than what it generates, and I can maintain it.I've it generate complete shit enough times that I've started just writing most of it myself and using it as a way to lazily lookup documentation, or explain something.I've seen several cases of people giving it access to databases and it just simply breaks themOur jobs our fine. It's the outsourced slopcoders that are going to be erased.
>>108666318Yeah if ai stopped right here things would be sweet, unfortunately zuck, sam and thiel want ai to be invading our lives the good news is people are seeing the data center scam and the industry is pivoting towards smaller specialized models so we will never get gay skynet.

>>108666371>we will never get gay skynetWe never would. AGI is what they peddle to keep the hype up, and anyone who knows how these models work know AGI is impossible, not within decades.
