It's been available for over a decade for Windows Server, and perhaps more recently for Enterprise. The people that need it can already make use of it, whereas the average user is best left alone for now. I guess in a few years Microsoft will start to roll it out for new installs, but I doubt they'll take an approach like Apple and perform an online conversion from Hfs to Apfs; vibe coding jeets would for sure mess that up.
