u can ask your ISP to turn off CGNAT and you set up dynDNS. basically u enter a FQDN for ur server and the DNS returns your *current* IP addr, that way you dont need a static globally routable one.

Some ISPs won't do it. My friend told me that he wanted to host a Jellyfin server at home so he tried sending an e-mail to his ISP to ask them to remove the CGNAT, and apparently, the minimum wage tech support guy didn't seem to know what CGNAT was.
