If someone wants to discuss a problem or a feature they can open a discussion or issue on github. There is no need for additional venues of communication. Anything unprofessional would get removed, but because of the environment people are a lot less likely to talk about dildos or troon shit to begin with so it hasn't even come up yet. This is especially important because I am a certified gigachud and would not be getting along well with troons.
