Yeah, I use Windows 10 IoT LTSC for productivity on my Threadripper 9980X w/ 2x 5090's.I also use GNU/+Linux Distribution on my ASUS ROG Laptop with a 5090. Arch - SteamOS flavor specifically. And I exclusively use my OLED SteamDeck for gaming time when I'm resting and thinking of Asuka Langley Soryu, my wife. What do other high IQ /g/ chads use as their daily drivers?
>>108686386They use Opus instead of Explorer
>>108686386>EPYC 9274F>384GB ram>dual R9700 but I don't even use LLMs>debian
>>108686386Let me check real quick for you anon.Daily drive macmini m2 16GB version, or ryzen3600+1650Super GPU, 4GB VRAM, 32GB RAM, currently win11 (big mistake), but will probably switch to what you have, minux the IoT flavor. Any reason why you picked specifically the IoT version?Only using GNU/Linux for self hosted, server stuff, it was never meant for desktop use. Also trying to build hackintosh rn. Since Tahoe OS is the last version of MacOS for intel arch, it makes sense. I will do Xeon e5 + RX580 + maybe 32GB RAM, sounds like a very versatile machine, I expect it to last at least half a decade and be used by family, have an account for all of them on the same machine etc.I believe Mac software makes sense if you don't have to spend extra on the hardware. What do you think?
>>108686645What do you fill up your RAM with?
>>108687940zfs ARC, chrome tabs, and a some vm's entirely in ram.
>>108688134Makes sense. I never actually tried the storage mounted entirely in RAM thing. Do you use something like LVM-Thin to save space instead of filling empty space with zeors (if it even works that way) or just don't bother since you have plenty of space in RAM?
>>108688332no I just usually throw 10-30 gigs at it depending of what I am doing. I can save the states to disk but will load them to ram when doing certain things.
>>108686386>>What do other high IQ /g/ chads use as their daily drivers?I use my Nintendo Switch (with steamOS installed) to trade stocks on public wifi.
