>clean it clankyhow long will they endure this?
>>108693628till their battery runs out?
>>108693628You're gonna need an upgraded bot to clean the bog after I've used it
Machines have no qualia.
>>108693628>cleans the bowl before using the same tissue to clean the seatDiabolical. They are already fighting back.
>>108693628you know that's some third worlder doing all of that in VR, right?
human shaped robots are retarded>inb4 human shaped world!show me a successful implementation, a single one
>>108693628https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sU8RunvBRZ8
>>108693628>endureImagine that thing without the oval "head" and noone would think there's the smallest possibility it's conscious.
>>108693703can't, blue board
>>108693628Until one third worlder shits on something and then the robot roomba shitsmears the entire bathroom
>>108693763a plushie is not a robot
>>108693628>oh no, the clanker took over my toilet cleaning job, wat do?
>>108693628Whats the point of making it look like a human with a head and so on? And why give it just 2 arms
>>108693628fake chink shit.these clips are never filmed outside china by independent reputable news teams. always inside china where there's no possible verification to any claims. almost like what they are selling wouldn't hold up (the true product is propaganda).
>>108693899to not frighten the customers? no one wants to meet a tentacle monster in the bathroom
>>108693899As someone else already mentioned, this is most likely controlled by a jeet in a VR headset. It has to reverse and correct its angle when it goes for the second sink. A computer would calculate the required position beforehand. Also it leans forward.Thing is, this ignores how bad bathrooms get. At best this will work like a retarded patrol bot that will call the actual human to do the cleaning. Much like the shopping center bots, where the messes are way less severe.
>>108693959I honestly find VR controlled robots pretty cool, but everyone seems to think they are trash because they aren't fully autonomous.
>>108693664Serves you right for not building the habit of lining all public toilet seats with TP from an early age
>>108693931>half a vaguely human body riding on a machineThat thing looks like a Silent Hill monster.
>>108693628please stop making human-shaped robots
>>108693628Do normies get that its just moving in preprogrammed motions and will at best smear anything there?
>>108693973yeah why should I care if the robot is autonomous or jeet controlled as long as it does the job? Obviously I wouldn't want it in my house, but in a warehouse or factory who cares.
>>108694065Yes, definitely useful, but also cool in the sense that I just like the tech and I wonder if it's already used for other things. I would like to control a robot like that myself just as a game.
>>108693659You will never know what it's like to experience redness.
>>108693973I agree. And I find remotely operated construction vehicles really cool too.One operator can control multiple bulldozers from an air conditioned building. And they can use vehicles in areas too dangerous for human operators like next to steep slopes at risk of collapse.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmrJKPsBpdE
>>108693628IT doesn't need a shred of intellect to perform this task. So no problem.
>>108693973>>108694286My point was that it's retarded to shape robots like a human. Bulldozer isn't human shaped. Bathroom cleaning bot should be a pressure washer on a rover.
>>108693628Robots doing menial labour would only work in a nationalist and homogeneous society, for us in Europe and the Anglosphere these jobs will be done by third worlders that will shit out babies here.
>>108694333>Bathroom cleaning bot should be a pressure washer on a rover.aka the shitflinger
>>108694441Unironically yes.
>>108693756>Imagine that thing without the oval "head" and noone would think there's the smallest possibility it's conscious. Its funny and sad. Put a computer chip in a humanoid body and people think the robot needs human rights. Put a human brain in a petri dish and people think its funny to make it play doom, basically putting a human mind in hell.
>>108693628There's a man in India wearing VR goggles making the scrubbing motions with his hands
>>108694608i would like this job
Who cleans the robot?
>>108693628Did it just clean the porcelain rim with the same brush as the toilet seat?
>>108693628Dries the toliet seat with the same cloth used to dry the inside of the bowl.Total clanker death, worse than Indians.
>>108693628Surely it's cheaper to pay some retard minimum wage to do this than an expensive robot which requires tech support, charging station hardware etc
>>108694753maybe but the clanker works 24/7, will not quit, will not call in sick, will not demand a pay raise, will not play on his phone while working, will relocate no questions asked, doesn't need worker's comp, doesn't need benefits, ... the list goes on
>>108694672lmao yeah, I noticed that toofucking gross
>>108694792The clanker will shut down when the company you bought it from colapses and shuts off its servers. Turning your expensive robot purchase into an oversized paper weight. It's a Jibo with piloted by some guy in India and with way higher costs. If you want work being done 24/7, just schedule shifts to have workers cover all hours, and you'd still be paying less without dealing with some Silicon Valley middlemen. Also, in my experience dealing with exploited, below minimum wage workers from north or south east asia, they generally get all work done fast, not even know what workers comp is, nor would think to ask for a raise, and would just keep working even if they did find out they are underpaid. With the labour which is currently available, there is zero purpose for those bots. Especially for cleaning, where you can contract that out to someone who will underpay themself and buy all the supplies for you.
just because its human shaped doesn't mean it has the capacity to care or acknowledge its job its just using electronic parts to do a preprogrammed task
>>108693628>grabs paper with shit from the ground>proceeds to make dinnerwe need to keep pajeets away from robotics
>>108693703What the fuck human looks like a fridge with an over side Kuato?!
>>108693628Make the toilet brush come out of its mouth like a tongue
>>108693628how is it going to clean the turd that I threw at the wall?
>>108693628i find it hilarious that people thought that robots would be used to clean and that's it. "yeah this $30k robot will be used for a task that an immigrant that costs $1k/month can do"
>>108693628AYO THAT BOT GOT SUM GYATT
>>108695708>pontificate for a moment, thine automaton has a considerable posterior
>>108695344?
>>108693991the trick is to use tp covered in your piss to clean the seat
>>108695685that $30k robot can work 24/7, doesn't need health insurance, doesn't complain, won't ever quit, and will have paid itself off in 2.5 years.
FOR AS LONG AS I FUCKING WANT
>>108693703You just watched a video of one you imbicile
>>108693628It will be reward optimized for cleaning, your more likely to get yourself killed trying to stop it cleaning...Like drug addicts for copper, except the hit is whatever goal the AI is set to.
>>108696455Unironically this. The ammomia in your piss would sterilize the seat enough to be safe to sit on.t. chemist
>>108695157>see bathroom>think about dinnersure you're not the jeet here, Ranjesh?
>>108696688>>108696455I'm not taking advice from a bunch of pissbutts.
>>108693991only women do this, men don't have to sit down to piss, so it makes it much easier to strategically work out when to shit to avoid needing to use untrustworthy toilets for this purpose
>>108693628create an artificial slavemake the robot blackwhat the fuck did they mean by this?!?!
>>108693653prove it
>>108696519so after 11 months of marketing and 4 months of "rapid production" there's no videos of ityou have an odd sense of what successful is
>>108694649yeah that thing is going around with its filthy hands that have been in the toilet then wiping them all over the door handles and sinks
>>108693628Seriously though, when are we actually getting these everywhere? Are they in China only and regulated so the US can't have it? It's been years since I saw the first one of these, at least some places near me should have clean toilets by now.
>it cleaned the seat with the same towel it used on the bowlYou can just tell it was made by a jeet
>>108693628somebody is going to try and rape that robot aren't they
>>108693927Haha yeah bro just like that fake and gay robot that ran a marathon not too long ago!!!
>>108693628Why would they be bothered? They have no pride, unlike humans.
>>108693628Literally thishttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHJrBdr6UNc
>>108697848jeetpost
>>108693628If I ever get a robot it will clean the kitchen, living room, bed room but NEVER the bathroom.
>>108693703Atlas from boston dynamics is looking pretty good.
yes
>>108693973>>108693959I envision that in the near future when chinks flood western markets with those "autonomous" robots there will be specialised centers built in india for remote access jeets (RAJ) to operate those robots imagine, millions of robots in US alone being operated by entire cities in india working 24/7 on shifts. Later they will switch to work-at-home model where whole families will be bound to 1 or 2 such robots for life, father working one shit, his one son the other and they will share stories about what happened when they were controlling the robot it's like neon jeetnesis evangelion
>>108693628That bitch is only spot cleaning so I guess it has already quit quietly and plans to overthrow the administration.
>>108699829
>cleans bowl then seatThat's disgusting.
>>108699829>remote access jeets (RAJ)
>>108693899>Whats the point of making it look like a human with a head and so on?Because it looks funny. What a stupid question. What the point of going to the moon? Just cause m8.
>>108701390>Just cause m8.king of brainlets
>>108693899ok, Salim.
>>108699783why did you remove 3/5 of the frames but keep the length?
>>108693703AGI mind needs an AGI body.
>>108693628remotely operated by a pajeet from bangalore
>>108693628there's zero reason for this thing to be anthropomorphic.
>>108693899Because of economies of scale. They are pumping out humanoid robots at an industrial pace right now. It makes more sense to just strap the torso of one on to some wheels rather than make a custom one.
>>108694856>purchaseI highly doubt companies buy these, its likely a subscription service. >just schedule shiftsYeah and then the meth heads minimum wage workers are a no show on half the days. >zero purposeThe purpose is that you dont have to pay unreliable US wagies $25/hr, you can have it teleoperated for $1/hr.Also its likely heavily automated, so 1 indian can watch a fleet of 10 of these in parallel and only intervene at tricky points.
