I have a gen 4 legion tab with 16gb ram and it seems to be some sort of Usain Bolt bionic robotablet. (Its very fast). i got mine for 550$ and with 16gb ram and a powerful snapdragon 8 elite chip i dont have any buyers remorse. But the new gen 5 lenovo legion tab has a 24gb ram option for 1000$ which is almost incredible. 24gb ram in a tablet is like a 600hp diesel engine in mazda miata. I have never tried the top of the line ipad pro but i cant imagine its 16gb ram version (16gb is the most you can get in an ipad pro) being as fast/powerful as the lenovo legion tab gen 5 with 24gb ram. I dont even game on my gen 4 legion; i just like having faster browsing and streaming and downloading and app running.Considering the price difference with the lenovo 24gb gen5 costing 1000$ and the top level 16gb ipad pro costing around 2000$, i think the lenovo has a better value. I really wish lenovo had a public stock you could invest in. I have a theory that over time more and more ppl will realize dell is not even close to being as robust and reliable as lenovos brutish computers. And then lenovo will start suffocating dells business until dell goes bankrupt.
The ipad because Lenovo's operating system is locked down chink spyware. I hope GrapheneOS devs can convince lenovo to hand them the legion gaming tablets to add grapheneos as an option for a slimmed down gaming OS.
