It is just forked OnlyOffice which is actually quite impressive, with I assume NextCloud? My main problem with OO is that it’s written in javascript, so while it looks close to a 1:1 clone with MS Office, it’s quite slow.

It also hasn't scaled properly to the hidpi display, so if you notice the 'g' characters in "Language" they have their bottom (descender) cut off.
