One thing at a time, as slow as possible. Take a break when you feel your brain going numb, get back to it, and repeat. Hell, do 2 minutes study and 5 minute break if thats what its going to take. Throughout the day you will progress. Also seriously consider just going to a library or a quiet park with zero distractions, not even your phone, just the material and eventually you should get to it.
