I feel like dells only home ground is in the ultra-thin (chicks laptop) market. Lenovo laptops are usually thicker than dells and i think this is bc lenovo is like Donald Trump; they give the customer what they need whether the customer knows it or not. Lenovos are sort of like old mercedes benz; they are built like tanks from the ground up and if they have to be a bit thicker then so be it.

i like dell because when i look up refurbished business laptops dell is always the cheapest. they often have decent quadro cards in them and good enough cooling to avoid throttling. i've never had one die on me so i just keep buying them.

The sole reason for me to buy a lenovo.

lenovo shipped spyware on multiple occasions and was called out for it. Dell not as much.

As if it's possible to buy anything but an ultrabook unless you buy a even bigger meme called gaming laptop

i was about to buy this lenovo legion a month ago but got cold feel because some guys told that OLED is actually not a good for everyday use because even though it's pretty it causes eye fatigue

Chinese and taiwanese are so much better at electrical engineering than dell its not even a contest.

lol I just wrote this in another thread:

Dell used to sell laptops and desktops where you could choose FreeDOS as the OS, and later they added Ubuntu. Their laptops also had better screens than the competition. My Dell Inspiron 630m had a 1440x900 screen in 2005 when most HPs and Lenovos had 768p screens. It was so unusual, that on Slackware (9, iirc) you had to use a pre-boot script that set the resolution correctly.

I loved my Dell laptop. It had media buttons on the front (which worked on Linux).

I doubt this is an actual thing. Ive never heard of oleds causing eye fatigue. Photons are photons. Theres no such thing as “especially eye fatiguing” photons.

Just remember that dell didnt know how to build a decent gaming computer until alienware showed them how to do it.

It turns the screen on and off many times each second. This upsets the eye.

Dell isnt the worst laptop manufacturer out there but they have been completely outclassed by lenovo for a long time.

If dell didnt market their ultra thin chicks laptops so hard i think they would have gone out of business a while ago.
>>

Do all oleds do that?

If you really want to know how good a computer or laptop is then open them up and look at how organized and solid the internals are. You can compare the internals of the xbox series x with the ps5 pro for example, and as soon as you see them both you will never buy a microsoft console again.

Its the same story with lenovo and dell. Peek inside them and you will never buy a dell again.
