Consoles are so DRM'd down to the hardware you can't even do that unless there's some jailbreak which busts it wide open and I don't think any of those exist for the latest consoles.
Stop tolerating digital-only slop on consoles. All you had to do was refuse to participate in any consoles that didn't sell physical media with true ownership rights over your games.

What you really need to do is buy things on a platform that lets you basically own the game, such as on GOG, or by outright pirating the game.
