Most people want something that is fully set up and ready to be used rather than having to install everything manually yourself. They did make it easier to install standard Arch Linux via archinstall but even that easier faster process is not quick and easy enough for the typical windows refuge.

As it stands, arch is just a base os. It needs a distro to become the ubuntu or the fedora of linux, a version with lts releases instead of rolling. And preferably a distro with dozens of people working on it, not just 4 like cachy and endeavour.

Honestly i can see a future where 90%+ of linux users use something baded on Arch Linux which may seem great but honestly i am not sure. Main benefit is getting more software that target it but even now you can install debian packages via debtap (if there isn't already an AUR package) so i am not sure if that matter much to be honest.
