The correct response is to select "skip" at the bottom, but the skip button is only there if the thing you're asked to click on isn't there. That is, if the skip button is there, you can just click on it without checking the images because they'll never contain what's being asked for. A bot would only have to see if the skip button is there, which seems super easy to make it do. Are they just checking if you're response time is supernaturally fast?
