>>108715241We have this bullshit going on at work right now. I work in the construction industry, and have used Acculynx as my CRM software basically since it existed. The new place I work doesn't use any CRM at all, so since I am in charge of my division, I signed us up for Acculynx. Now one of the guys is insistent on using some vibe coded AI bullshit, and the guy that makes it won't come out and say it, but I get a feeling that it uses some ChatGPT or Claude bullshit for the backend. Like goddamn, USE SOMETHING THAT HAS ACTUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. YOU DON'T NEED A "CUSTOM CRM" WHEN YOU HAVE LITERALLY NEVER USED A CRM SAAS EVER. They showed it to me yesterday, and I said it was shit in the nicest possible way, and that I would be sticking with Acculynx. The AI vibe coded bullshit one doesn't even integrate with QuickBooks, which is one of the most important fucking things.
