Claims to offer the benefits of solid state without the manufacturing difficulty. 350Wh/kg, while NMC get around 200-250 and LFP gets 150-200.

Price, $40,000.

the main claim is that it isnt
and this is not a random company, this is fucking CATL, the biggest and msot advanced manufacturer of modern batteries
>>
>>108724746
how much a 21700 cell of that chemistry could realistically be?
>>
>>108725476
>most advanced
by what metric? i tried to hunt this down myself, but all i got was a bunch of literally who executives feeding presslines. not even any justifications for it, just plain assertions.
>>
>>108725534
dude, its the bell labs of batteries right now
most of the advancements are coming from them...

By every metric, their LFP batteries compete with Tesla's NCA.

Isn't it necessary to post some retard paid actor and not just CATL, the source?
>>

Tesla outsources to CATL, LG, and Panasonic. And this is precisely what I mean, it's all just clearly hollow marketing crap.
Samsung, A123 Systems, Targray, Leclanché, IM3NY. These are the names that would raise my eyebrow. Tesla is something you would reach for if you're just playing a stupid marketing game because you want something with name recognition and association with batteries.

>>108725627
so then they're not even byd or general motors tier? lol
>>

>Tesla's NCA.
Which only exist so they have several bargaining cards on hand in case any of their actual suppliers decides to bail/squeeze.
